Your host is Cindy van Winkle, Membership Services Coordinator for the American Council of the Blind. Welcome to the premier edition of ACB in Action!
This month we are going to hear from a brand new president and her dreams and goals for this year as Julie Brannon talks to us. She is the newly-elected President of the Washington Council of the Blind.
Then, we hear from Paul Edwards and Jane Carona, representing the Braille Revival League, one of our 20 special-interest affiliates in ACB. They're going to tell us some of the innovative things they're doing to not only engage their membership, but also to encourage continued participation and connection.
